We operate as a private entertainment partner, not a public marketplace. Every performer on our roster is personally vetted. Clients get a dedicated point of contact, a private Entertainment Portal with video previews, and white-glove logistics management from inquiry through the day of the event. Every performer also arrives fully briefed — venue details, load-in logistics, schedule, and expectations delivered before every engagement. No surprises on either side.

Our process has four steps: you tell us about your event, we handpick entertainment options matched to your program, you browse and select from your private client portal with video previews, and we handle everything else... contracts, riders, and day-of coordination included.

Absolutely. We regularly manage multi-day programs where entertainment spans multiple venues, formats, and audience segments... all running concurrently or in sequence. One scope, one point of contact, fully coordinated from start to finish.

For most inquiries, you'll hear from us within one business day... usually sooner. For complex or large-scale events, we may take a little additional time to make sure every option we present is exactly right.

The Entertainment Portal is a private, password-protected platform where you can browse your entertainment options, watch performance videos, review detailed performer profiles, and share feedback directly with our team. No spreadsheets, no PDF attachments, no back-and-forth emails.

The Client Portal is your full-service account hub. It includes everything in the Entertainment Portal... plus access to past and future event details, proposals, invoices, and more. One place for everything related to your relationship with Onstage.

Yes... and for many of our clients it's where the relationship really takes shape.
